Andre is a quiet, shy dog that was found in a busy area of Kuwait. He was very scared when our rescuer found him. Black dogs are not favored in Kuwait, and it is likely that he was not well-received by people. 

 

Andre needs a little time to warm up to new people and dogs, but once he does, he is an affectionate, playful boy. Andre has spent time at a boarding facility where he was handled by the staff and bunked with his buddy Sebastian (who is also available for adoption). Currently, Andre is crated for his meals and bedtime. He plays with other familiar dogs during playtime. 

 

We would like to have Andre adopted around the Baltimore area. He will come up to date on his shots and microchipped. He is not yet neutered, but we will pay the costs associated with the procedure at a facility we choose or approve.

 

Andre is in Kuwait, but we will bring him over if we find him an approved adoption applicant. If you are interested in adopting him, please fill out an online application. We will then contact you to conduct a home visit and, once you are approved, a $100 deposit is required.
