Meet Chance, a handsome mixed breed. Chance does well with dogs but is hesitant around people. According to his rescuer, when she found him, he was afraid of strangers, so she paid for him to have a month of training. This helped him tremendously, but he is still a bit shy around people. When he met one of the members of our U.S. team who was recently in Kuwait, he was shy but did tolerate her and approached her eventually. We would like to find Chance a home with an owner who is patient with his “stranger danger” issues, and who can work with him on it. 

We would like to have Chance adopted around the Baltimore area. He will come up to date on his shots, neutered, and microchipped.
