This is Lacey, an extremely affectionate girl. She loves people especially when they give her lots of pets and belly rubs! She is also a huge fan of treats and will take them gently from your hand.

 

Lacey is e-collar trained and knows the commands sit, down, place, and come. She also has great recall. She is housebroken and crate trained; she goes into her crate on demand and will stay quiet and behave herself. She is also an excellent leash-walker and will walk in a heel position and auto-stop when you stop.

 

Lacey is a relatively calm dog, but she is fear aggressive towards new dogs and will bark vociferously when she sees, or thinks she sees, another dog. She can be guided to walk by other dogs and will require an owner who can guide her. She can be vocal (a/k/a complain) and is a real drama queen when she doesn’t want to do something. 

 

Because Lacey is fear aggressive towards other dogs, she will need further training with her new owner with a trainer/program that WLK approves. We are requiring a $100 training deposit that will be refunded upon completion of her training. 

 

Lacey’s ideal home would be as an only pet, in a home with a fenced yard, in a less busy area. We would like for her owner to have had experience training with an e-collar. 

 

We would like to have Lacey adopted around the Baltimore area. She will come up to date on her shots, spayed, and microchipped.
